Dawn Gutierrez's dance journey began in the Midwest at the tender age of three. Her extensive training encompassed a wide range of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, pointe, liturgical, theater, dance team, cheer team, and aerobics. Dawn's innate talent for choreography and teaching emerged early in her life, and this passion continued into her professional career and her eventual move to California. For over a decade, Dawn owned and operated a dance studio, where she mentored and trained as many as 300 students. Many of her students secured full scholarships in dance and musical theater, a testament to her exceptional teaching. She also assumed the role of lead choreographer and instructor for various shows produced by Arts Off Broadway and local theaters. Some of the notable productions she contributed to include "Wizard of Oz," "Aladdin," "Beauty and the Beast," "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory," "West Side Story," "Annie," "Guys and Dolls," and many more. Dawn's talents extended beyond the stage, as she performed in productions like "Will Rogers Follies" and "Our Favorite Son," both of which graced television screens. She also had the privilege of dancing at the opening lighting ceremony at Mount Rushmore on several occasions. In her current career phase, Dawn finds herself immersed in her favorite chapter, teaching at various country clubs in the desert region. She holds certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Aqua Exercise, Yoga 1, Yoga 2, and Pool Barre. Today, Dawn Gutierrez serves as a Barre, Cardio, and Aqua Fitness Instructor at The Reserve Club, where she continues to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journeys.
